واکس اکسیدایز

KP – Wax O واکس پلی اتیلن سبک است که دارای عوامل قطبی می باشد. بعنوان کمک فرایند در صنعت لاستیک و پلاستیک با خاصیت پخش شوندگی بسیار بالا کاربرد دارد و روان کننده ای مناسب محسوب می گردد. قابلیت سازگاری بسیار زیادی با PVC داشته، بعنوان نرم کننده بکار می رود. همچنین عامل جداکننده از فلز در عملیات اکستروژن و موجب افت آمپراژ دستگاه و تولید روانتر و سریعتر می باشد.

Oxidized Polyethylene Wax

DESCRIPTION:

KP – Wax O is manufactured from polyethylene wax according to strict processing parameters which ensure consistent quality. The acid value can be tailored between 8 and 25 to suit the processing conditions of the customers. KP – Wax O contain functional groups which gives polar characteristic to this product and make it very useful process aid in various industries. It is often used as external lubricants and excellent mold release agent for PVC processing, dispersing agents for color masterbatches and other additives in plastics, surface modifiers in printing inks, toners and etc. KP – Wax O can be used for making high quality emulsions or where a functional or polar wax is desirable.
